4. Performance

Digital marketing results, rankings, traffic, leads, sales and campaign performance are not guaranteed. Performance depends on competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, creative quality, website experience and other factors.

5. Approvals & Timelines

Client delays in providing information, approvals or required assets may affect delivery timelines.

6. Campaign Compliance

Campaigns may be paused, modified or declined where required by applicable law, platform rules or other compliance requirements. The client remains responsible for the legality of its products, claims, offers and supplied content.

7. Election Campaign Services

Election-related services are provided as digital communication and campaign-support services. Adverv Media does not guarantee election outcomes, voter response, reach or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the agreed commercial terms. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

9. Changes & Cancellation

Changes to the agreed scope may require revised timelines or additional charges. Cancellation and refund terms, where applicable, follow the agreed proposal or invoice.

10. General

These terms are intended to provide a clear working framework between Adverv Media and its clients. Specific project terms may be documented separately in a proposal, quotation, agreement or invoice.
